  • I received a flyer on my door for their services and after looking up the reviews I decided to book a carpet cleaning. Upon calling I spoke with a nice, well mannered gentleman who made scheduling a breeze. I was able to pick a fast, convenient time frame! Two guys showed up in between the scheduled time ready to work. We did a walk through and discussed price up front so there were no surprises at the end. When I moved into my home 3 years ago, the carpets were brand new; they now look like when we first moved. I do have 1 heavy traffic area which I didn't think would turn out so good, but 98%% of all the dirt and spots are gone! I am 100%% satisfied!

  • I recently had Super Steamer come and clean my house. I had two bedrooms and a living room cleaned and I would have never expected it to look so great! They are the cheapest company I could find in Hampton roads, and they will do a better job than anyone else could. It did not take long and when i called they could come almost any day. Stephen and Tom are great and run a family business. Couldn't ask for anything better.

  • Carpets look great and dried within about 12 hours. Getting your carpets done always makes a little of a mess but they were pretty neat about things. Wish they would have asked before touching my window treatments. Price went up from original quote when it was time to pay which was a little irritating but was still a bargain so I didn't complain.
